Greetings! Seeking MFP and Fitbit Friends!

Hello all! I'm somewhat new to MFP, have been working my way into getting comfortable tracking this way over the last month or so and I never really introduced myself. I have finally gotten familiar with what foods to eat and how to plan my day sticking to about 1200 calorie. My old HRM broke recently, so I wasn't doing to intense exercising because I didn't want to overestimate my calorie burn and reduce my deficit. I got a new FitBit Flex yesterday, so now I'm going to move more and eat back some of those burned calories!

My stats:
31 years old, married, no kids.
5'4"
Dress Pants: 20W
Shirts: 2X
SW: 249
CW: 244.4
GW: somewhere around 130/140? I've never been there before so I don't really have a goal number in mind

For exercise, I'm getting out more to walk my dog now that the weather is getting nicer and take him to the park more. We have an exercise bike at home which I am trying to ride a few times a week, a zumba class nearby to go to every so often, and I have several workout DVDs. I just need to use all my resources instead of letting them gather dust!

I would love buddies both here and on fitbit. I'm BRAND NEW to fitbit and still trying to figure out how it really works and syncs with MFP. I do realize I shouldn't log food/exercise on both sites, which is fine I'll continue to use MFP, but I'm very confused about the fitbit adjustments and how that works out. Any pointers on it is greatly appreciated!
