Help with losing stubborn upper arm and back fat?

Hey, so I'm 5'6" and weigh around 125-128 pounds (i fluctuate). I'm not really fat but I want to tone, and all the fat in the world seems to settle only on my upper arms and upper back. I really don't know what to do, I've tried every trick in the book but it just doesn't seem to go! Could someone please suggest some easy (no weights, please) exercises to help me get rid of it? It's been giving me hell all my life cause I have really broad shoulders too so it just make me look disproportionate. Thanks!

Where fat is retained is due to genetics. You can't change that fact. To lower it, you have to lower your overall body fat %. So a calorie deficit is what is needed.
What I find a lot is that many females have a distorted view of what is "fat" on their body especially if they are in a normal weight range. If your arms and back are "sort" it's because the muscle underneath isn't conditioned. And you do that with resistance training, whether from weights or with leveraged body weight exercises.
