Okay so I've gotten around to putting these two together. When I counted on the calendar it's actually been TWO weeks as opposed to 1.5. They say it takes 8 weeks for changes, but I am so stoked!
My main goal has been to INCREASE calories and workout consistently, burning about 500 a day, mainly through strength training. I was eating 1200 and gaining weight...now I've upped it to at least 1600-1700 a day. Depending how much I work out.
The weight on the scale hasn't really budged, but when I measure it's about 1/2 inch loss and mainly bloating has significantly decreased as well.
