Rosemary Conley DVD

I usually do a very energetic walk every day - 30 mins at least of which are up a very steep incline. On those days when I can't make it, to keep me moving I do the Rosemary Conley Megaworkout. I have been counting this as low impact aerobics - does anyone else use it and what do you count it as?
