No Sugar For the First Month

Well, Almost no sugar! Everything you pick up almost has sugar in it. Let's do this NO SUGAR For a Month!

    I've been cutting back on my sugar for the month of February and love it! I sleep better, have more energy in the afternoons, and I fully attribute my weight loss (albeit small!) to the cutback. I've started off as a 5:2 regime so I can enjoy my wine etc on the weekends.

    Definitely give it a try.:drinker:
