does anyone use this, does it help in maintaining weight?

Most varieties of tea are high in antioxidants but claims about weight management are, to be charitable, exaggerated and whenever you see the word "detox" (or cleanse for that matter) hold onto your wallet and run.0

Dependends why kind of detox you are referring to. I drink Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move tea once a week. It definitely gets things in the colon moving but I use it because I have issues in that area, not for weight loss.0

Tea makes me pee. Pee removes toxins. I drink a cup of detox every morning.
ETA: I did this while gaining weight, losing weight and maintaining weight, so no, I don't think it has any significant affect on weight loss. If you replace a high calorie drink with sugar/cream free tea, that could help with weight loss, though.0
