Complexes

ever since i read this article on T-nation
http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/screw_cardio_four_complexes_for_a_shredded_physique

I've been trying to work complexes into my routine : either as a way to warm up before lifting or in place of cardio. The first one I tried (and fell in love with) was the tumminello weight plate complex.

Yesterday I tried the Cosgrove complex for the first time and it was deceptively hard
here's a vid of some guy doing the first set http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijo5IKfIRls

even with just the bare olympic bar i was ready to die after the 3rd set.

anyone else do complexes and have any others to share?

    hmmm must ...try

my friday plan is tumminello then jumping lunges and push ups. i should try box jumps afterwards too, but (see profile photo) i have a tendency to now know when to say when during box jumps and end up failing and skinning my shins
