Desire, Dedication, Determination

Hey all!! I am new here, well be on a week through an app on my phone - finally updated all my info. I have been overweight now for 10 years... and finally have decided to apply the "Desire, Dedication, Determination" To my diet as I have in life with all my projects. My first week I have lost 10 pounds. I know the next few weeks will not necessarily be the same out come. So I will be your biggest supporter and cheerleader.. (that simply comes naturally for me)... I am requesting some cheerleaders to assist in my goals as well.

I would love to swap recipes, ideas, and lessons learned. :) Thanks
My biggest question for you... what exercise have you done today?? I ask to all my friends... Me - well walked briskly 2.5 miles in 35 minutes.

    You lost 10 pounds in your first week!?! That's awesome! You're off on the right track for sure. Keep up the good work.

    Wow!! Great job!! Unfortunately I didn't get to exercise today, but normally I walk about 30-45 minutes a day!! Waiting for my knees to get better so I can get back to running!
