My boyfriend won't let me work out due to relapsing with my eating disorder. He's working at least 4 days a week & I want to exercise whilst he's not at home. I'm not massively underweight, only just within the overweight weight range.

- would doing 30DS 4-5 times a week get results?
- do you need weights for it or does it just give better results if you use them?

    Boyfriend sounds like a winner....

    I have done 30DS every day for 30 days last year, other times when I repeated it, I did it every other day. Whether you do it 4x a week or more, you will get results from it (as long as you feed your body properly too). Just listen to your body. Some people can't do this workout more than 3-4x a week so observation is best.

    Also, I've done this workout with and without hand weights. If you don't have dumbbells, you can always use cans of soup or something along those lines
