Started a new blog to help myself

Hi all,

I started my weight loss journey this year and have now decided to blog about it. It's mainly for myself so that when I reach my goal, I will have something to reflect on how far I've come. But I would love to be able to inspire others and keep people motivated.

I'm no fitness expert or nutritionist. Just a normal person :)
