I'm 21, with 2 kids born within 12 months of each other, which means, in other words, that my body will never be the same again! Haha!
Pre-baby weight was 125, post-baby I was at 165, and in the past year I've managed to get down to 140. My goal weight is 130. I've been at a plateau for a couple months now and I'm needing some extra motivation!
I exercise 5X a week, sometimes more, 45 minutes of cardio, 45 minutes of circuit strength, followed by some cool-down cardio. I also juice and eat (fairly) clean. But the weight is just not coming off! Wish me luck... Oh, and add me!
