I'm also interested in this. I want to drop 6-7 lbs before I try competing so I can be in a lower weight class. Worried about losing strength gains. In for tips.0

I just can't wait to start lifting more to the level to be able to compete0

I am just starting out with powerlifting but I am in too high a weight class, so perhaps I will have to drop maybe 10-20kg
Looking forward to hearing tips on how to drop fat without losing strength gains0 -
Best way to lose weight without strength losses is to do it very slowly with a very conservative calorie deficit, lift heavy and lift hard, and eat plenty of protein.0
