apple cider vinegar

Does anyone use Apple cider vinegar, I am told it helps to lose weight....whats your opinion on that...if you use how many times a day

    It's excellent for hangovers. Drink too much tequila? I down a huge cup of water and some ACV, and I'm golden in the morning!

    I drink a tablespoon straight after I've had my morning liter of water. I'm not sure if it helps, since I work out and really watch what I eat, but it can't hurt! I also dilute it with water and use it for a face toner and it has significantly reduced red marks and pore size. I also fill 1/3 of an empty shampoo bottle with it and fill the rest with water. Give it a shake, and use it to rinse my hair once a week after I've sham/cond. Strips all the build up and gives it lots of volume and shine! I love the stuff.
