Do you get more hungry when you track your food/calories?

Hi everyone! I have a question for you all. When you log your food does it make you hungrier? When I don't track my food it seems that food is not constantly on my mind, but when I tell myself to log my calories I feel starved all day long and can't keep food off my mind. I think I end up eating more on those days that I log. Does this happen to anyone else? How do I overcome this? Thanks all!
