Protein ideas???

Any vegetarians? I am not getting enough protein. I notice a lot of ways I am suffering. I am bruising real easy. I am craving a hamburger so I know my body needs protein. I hate eating beans because they are so high in carbs.

    try adding protein powder to a shake or juice. Do you drink or eat dairy? milk contains protein.

    Quest bars. Choose any flavour that takes your fancy. 20g protein per bar, around 200 cals.

    Cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, almond milk, nuts!

    Nuts (esp. raw walnuts and almonds - the chocolate coated ones taste great, but not as effective), greek yogurt.

    and the usual proteins - but you're a vegan. :)
