Mushroom, cream cheese, chicken in a crockpot ?

Looking for a recipe w/ these 3 things in it. Saw one that you pound out the chicken then wrap it around cream cheese and mushrooms sorta stuffed inside- too much work. Just wondering if I can throw it all in a crockpot . Kinda like a creamy stew ? Anyone ever try this ?

Hubby does this all the time. Not bad at all.

Do not add cream cheese to a Crock-Pot (or any slow cooker) until the last 30 minutes of cooking time.

It'll curdle.
