Hi everyone!
I'm new(for the second time)....tried this about a year ago and just didn't stick with it.
I have a new found motivation and I reallly feel like I can do it this time!!
I'm just a few weeks shy of 32yrs old- I'm 5'5 and 224- size 18.
I think my biggest challenge is going to be exercising!!! I have a desk job and by the time I get home I am mentally exhaused- all I want to do is sit on the couch! I know that I have to move to get the weight off and I am determined to do it this time!
I'm sort of a picky eater, so I would love some food ideas from others that are not huge fans of veggies.
I could really use any encouragement or advice because I don't have any friends or family that have weight issues.
Thanks in advance!!!

I wasn't a huge fan of veggies either but I just kept making them and preparing them different ways and actually now I find I love them. The fresher they are the better, and there are a million healthy ways to prepare them. I just had to convince myself they were important enough that I had to learn to like them. Now I love most of them out there.0
