What do you do when you are in the red? (calorie wise)
I went way over my calories today so I've been trying to burn them all night!! I still have over 250 calories to burn…

Forget about them and move on. Keep doing good and be in the green.0

Forget it, as long as you don't do it every week, I see no issue. I mean, some people here have lost over 100Ibs having a cheat meal and going over once a week anyway. You body is not going to instantly gain fat from one day of being over. To be exercising to burn off calories in this manner, is actually quite an unhealthy mindset, imo. Just carry on as normal tomorrow.0

I'm 170 in the red. It's because today was my rest day and someone brought in cookies and cream goey butter cake to work and I couldn't resist! I will try to be slight under e next 2 days so it evens out.0

Thanks for the tips… I certainly don't want to get into the habit of purging via exercise. Those darn red numbers are just so alarming! )0
