    It IS possible. If I can do it, you can do it. :smile:

    1. Log everything you eat/drink accurately and consistently
    2. Hit your calorie goal every day eating foods you like
    3. Choose exercises and activities that you like
    4. Make small, gradual changes
    5. Be patient with yourself

    Some days will be great, and some days will be less than ideal. Just keep working toward your goals, and you will get there!

  • Just remember everyday is a new day, and it's not easy! Put your best foot foward and keep reminding yourself that you will get to where you want to be in time.
