Stress eating and pharmacy school.

That combo definitely does not equate clothes fitting. I have tried using recipes from Hungry Girl to at least make what I typically eat healthier, the problem is I do not have time to cook/clean up that these recipes require. Anyone know of ways to avoid the binge?

    I'm a very famous stress eater!

    I googled 100 calorie snacks last night and came up with several winners. Ended up having 4 fat free vanilla wafers, 5-6 sliced strawberries & 2 tablespoons non dairy fat free whipped cream. It was amazing and totally hit the spot!

    Vegetables with hummus is a good snack too.

    I'm pretty basic when it comes to my dinners and they don't take much prep/clean up - my diary is public take a look if you want some ideas!
