Obviously you can buy 100 cal snack packs, but, I choose to go the cheaper, measured amounts.
My daily staples are:
-10 peanut butter filled pretzels (130 cals)
- med banana (or apple)
- Special K Cereal Bar (90 cals)
- 1/2 green pepper with small serving hummus (90 cal)
- low fat/fat free yogurt (chobani greek is best at 130 cals)
hope those help!0 -
I love granola bars low fat 90 calories, special k cereal bars 90 calories, string cheese any where between 50-100 calories, you can also by the snack size bags of things that are 100 calories, yogurt depending on what type you get. lights are around 100 calories, fruits and veggies are good too. Hope that helps.0

4 thin meat slices with cottage cheese wrapped in it. Not only does it give me something to munch on, but it keeps my hands busy which really is what snacking is all about for me, just doing something.0

1 oz Turkey Jerkey (80 cal) , string cheese or yummy babybel cheese (50-70 calories) , 0.5 nuts (80 calories).0

My top pick is Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds. Seven packs for under $2.75 so its nutritious and cheap.0

VitaTops has a website where I think you can order them, but I was able to find them at a larger food store nearby with more organic and gourmet selections (but I am in US). Definitely worth taking a look around for them.0
