Should I eat breakfast?

In the morning I am never hungry people say that it's good because it makes you eat less throughout the day but for me I still eat the same amount whether I've eaten breakfast or not. If I'm not hungry should I just skip it? It's easily 200 less calories in a day if I do. I'm 5"2 130 pounds and trying to get back to 110 as fast as possible by eating only heathy food and keeping my calories at 1200. If anyone has a clue to how fast I can drop it by any chance ithat would be great info to know

Some will argue yes, others will argue no.
Personally, I eat when I want. There is no rule to say what time your first meal of the day should - although some would argue you need to eat within the first hour of waking up to 'get your metabolism going', but I have a read a few posts on here that dispel that.
I used to eat as soon as I go up or got to work, despite whether I was hungry or not because 'that's what your meant to do'. Now I will just eat when I'm hungry.
My advice to you would be as long as you're eating enough during the day and meeting your calorie and macro goals, you can eat whenever you want.
Do you workout? You should workout your TDEE and create a deficit of 10%. You only have 20lbs to lose so 1200kcals isn't much considering your BMR is 1421kcals (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/)0 -
listen to your body, nothing is written in stone, as every individual is different, at the end of the day so long you are in a correct deficit to warrant the fatloss you require that is all that matters. Mind you though there is NO QUICK way to lose the fat... aim for 1- 1.5lbs per week, in your case 20 weeks to be more conservative, anything more will be very aggressive, please re-calculate your daily intake as well.0

If you're not hungry in the morning - then skip your breakfast.
If you are hungry eat. It will make no negative difference.0 -
Also about 1lb a week of weight lose is in the general area. As you approach your ideal weight that may reduce to about 0.5lb (these figures should lead to healthy lose).
There is no healthy - quick fix.
And unhealthy routes are not supported on MFP ( it's all about the health, as it should be)????0 -
1. You don't have to eat breakfast, as long as that doesn't make you overeat later in teh day.
2. There is no quick fix. The slower the weight comes off, the longer it will stay off.0 -
I am not particularly hungry in the morning but I eat a good breakfast because if I don't, my hourlong workout seems to take 3 hours and I run out of energy halfway through.
I do enjoy my breakfasts though and for me, I tend to overeat later in the day if I skip breakfast.0 -
One of the main ways sumo wrestlers pack on pounds is by not eating breakfast and eating a big lunch and dinner because it slows their metabolism.0

Sounds like it doesn't affect you , however if I don't eat breakfast I will over eat later in the day, so for me yes you probably not0

I have learned to listen to my body, its still a work in progress because I'm still learning to eat healthier but I eat when I'm hungry and don't focus on times. Our body doesn't know its dinner time, lunch time or breakfast, it just knows when were hungry. I would say try to eat every 4 hrs though to keep your blood sugars from dropping. Even if its just a small cup of juice or a piece of fruit.0

????
Yes but how big are their lunches and dinners?
Also skipping breakfast will not slow your metabolism.0 -
