calories increased?

For the second time in a row I updated my weight loss and I actually gained calories per day. I was at 1600 and now and I am above 1800 per day. Not that I mind, but it just seems to be opposite of what should be happening.

The goal is to find the maximum number of calories at which you lose weight, not the minimum. Give it a few weeks, then reevaluate.

Sounds like you've found that sweet spot where your body is using up your fat stores, while you're still consuming a decent amount of food, WTG!0
