Activity Levels for calculations (TDEE v's MFP)

Another request. I'm trying to set my activity level accurately. I don't do a great deal other than light house work stuff throughout the day as I'm on a career break at the moment - waiting to start a new job as a nurse though. I do however workout 5-6 days per week. I'm uncertain whether to set the activity level to light or moderate as I'm only doing lots when I'm working out... no other time. My workouts consist of at the minimum 30 mins static bike and 30 mins minimum of cardio.

I'd like to lose 2lbs per week but at a steady pace, so I want to make sure to do it right and not stall in the early days by not eating enough or eating too much! I'm currently set at moderate but not sure this is correct...? What do you guys think..?

The stats...

% Body Fat 45%
BMR 1636
TDEE 2391
TDEE - 30% 1674 (mod activity)

Height 168
weight 218
Waist 42
Hips 49
