I read somewhere recently that apples are very beneficial for the body. It is good for the stomach, adds fiber to the diet and aids digestion of food, it is low in calories, it beats diarrhea and constipation, and much more. And on top of it apples are very beneficial for curing a number heart ailments, Parkinson’s disease or even cancer. Has anyone had any experiences, or any difference after you started consuming apples regularly? Please share your views.
