Low on Energy

Hello,
I am super happy that I have lost ten pounds so far, but lately my energy level has been terrible, i have been feeling so run down. I am on a 1280 calorie diet and exercise everyday as well as take care of two kids. do u think my calorie intake is too small? I was 165lbs and now down to 155lbs, just wondering if i need to increase my calorie intake.

    Hello!

    It probably is! If you are working harder and building muscles your probably burning more calories. You can try a supplement like Shakeology (meal replacement shake and can be use as a snack) great for weight loss and energy.

    Are you eating your exercise cals? if not try eating them back. Also try to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night.

    The first thing to do is consult your doctor. make sure there is nothing else wrong with your body. Also, pay attention to what it is you are eating. Maybe you need more complex carbs like veggie and fiber. Maybe you are dehydrated and need more water. Maybe you are not getting enough sleep. Then again maybe you do need some more calories. Up your intake by 100 if all else fails and see what happens.
