STARTING AB CHALLENGE AND GBA CHALLENGE

so i have teamed up with eaglefish to do planks and guns buns and abs!!!! even though we are a million miles away from each other...we are gonna push each other. . We are starting the plank challenge at 2 minute planks....following the schedule but going longer. We are following the GBA schedule but starting with 50 reps of each and working our way up to 250 my March 31st. This is gonna be a great month combined with Lent starting next week and giving up sweets for 40 days.........................:noway: :laugh:

    GBA 50 each (squats w 45#)
    Plank 3 minutes (on toes n forearms)

    Day 1 done!!!

    day 1complete gba and 2 two minute planks. i have broken it up today. i did a plank then 25 of each... then a plank and 25 of everything!!!
