    Thank you all for the kind and inspiring words! Each day is WORK between exercise and making the right food choices, but it's good work, and I'm feeling stronger every day.

    One note re: 30-Day Shred that I forgot to mention: a few of you have said you've tried it, gotten bored, etc. ME TOO! But, I figured out a strategy that WORKED for me: At the start of each of the 3 levels, I would do the work-out with the volume on so I could learn the routine using Jillian's instructions. Then, after I felt comfortable that I had it, I would do the routine with the volume OFF and have Pandora.com (free) set to "Club/Dance Music" on my laptop in the background. OMG! What a difference! It made it SO much more fun.
