I'm on 1350 net atm as the higher setting wasn't working for me to start off with but I deffo love to eat.. I'm seeing a nutritionist soon to discuss my weight loss and other things so I'll probably end up putting my calories back up.. Feel free to add me0

You can add me. I usually eat about 1690 calories, but I have been zigzagging and I have a bet with a friend that I do not want to lose so I decreased my calories slightly, so that I can lose 1 pound a week. I need to be somewhere in the 120's pound mark by September! But, after that I will go back to 1690 calories losing about 1/2 pound a week, if need be or just staying in maintenance mode by then.0

Yesterday was my weigh in day, and since I just lost 10 pounds MFP prompted me to update my settings. I went from 1680 to 1930 per day. But most days I have 400 or 500 more calories from exercise. I try not to use them, but sometimes I do.
Food is good. Good food is even better. Healthy, good food is the best.0
