Hi there!

Just joined this morning. Looking to lose about 25 pounds. I have good energy now, with no health issues except a cranky back when I overdo it, and eat a pretty healthy diet as long as I don't let sweets into the house. I love to cook, and look forward to building my knowledge of nutrition and fresh-food, mostly vegetarian, cooking. I fast-walk, do yoga, canoeing and kayaking, train my dog and have a fairly active lifestyle. I want to embrace an even more healthy lifestyle to help ensure I remain healthy for decades to come.

    Welcome aboard. I used to go to chiropractors for back issues but I made much better progress by going to a physical therapist.
