Update to my story

I have posted my story here a few years back, but I'm updating!

I began at about ~300 lbs, truth be told, I didn't really weigh myself near the peak, because I didn't want to know. I was creeping up on 40 years old and a heart attack, type 2 diabetes, or some other fat guy disease / illness.

Here's my "before" pics:

At my lightest, about 190 lbs:

I also became a Certified Personal Trainer, and I have passed our Police Department's SWAT physical test (I am a Police Officer) at 40 years old! Typical guys that try out are much younger, but it was a goal of mine.

Here's me today, after my first "bulk", about 215 lbs:

    Way to go dude! That's quite a change. Can you share what your journey involved, i.e. nutrition, fitness, etc.? It would be very helpful.

    I'm currently 38 years old and my goal is to completely transform myself by the time I'm 40, so I can relate to what you were trying to accomplish. Well done!
