Help: Feeling so sick, no idea why

So last night I woke up at around three o'clock in the so sickly. I was nauseous and had stomach pains, and (warning for possible tmi) all i WANTED was to get diarrhea to relieve the pressure and pain. It continued on and off from three through approx. 10 am. Then the symptoms subsided and I was feeling hungry so at 12 I decided to eat. Bad idea, I began to feel sick all over again (without ever actually getting sick ie. vomit, or bowel movements) I then felt overwhelmingly fatigued and napped for about and hour and a half, and I still feeling pressure but some of the nausea has subsided. Also, all day long I have been passing odorless gas and have been bloated.
I have no idea what brought this all on but I have met my min. calorie goal for the day so I am done eating for fear of my condition worsening. Also, I am debating if I should go to the gym and try to sweat out some of the discomfort.
HELP PLEASE!
Thank you in advance.

If you're feeling sick, don't worry about calories and do NOT go to the gym or workout.
No clue what is causing these symptoms for you other than maybe you're sick?
Rest, eat if you feel like it, do NOT worry about calories. Stay hydrated, and hope you feel better soon. If you don't, see your doctor.0 -

probably a virus, bacteria or you ate something that your body doesn't tolerate well
have you added any new foods to your diet? if so that could be the culprit.
ETA: stress can cause these symptoms too0 -
How are your bowel movements?
Maybe you are constipated...0
