Not sure what I've gotten myself into, but I just ordered Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody. All this weight loss is great, but I've literally lost my a%% !!! Like, it's not there anymore LOL. Hoping BBL can put it back up where it belongs, well as much as a 42 year old rear can be put back in place.

I am so thankful you are writing this! I had an awakening this weekend when I realized I had lost my entire bum!!! It was actually a complete surprise and am literally flat as a pankcake, kind of weird. Let me know how BBL is or if you have any other advice or suggestions!!

Great post..My hubby just told me that I have no butt any more, and I had ALOT before..Mine in kinda flat too.

Well I haven't lost that much yet. visible I haven't really noticed anything. But my husband says my butt has gotten tighter. So that's a good thing!

There are so many things to "focus" on these days. I'm thinking I may stick to an emphasis of cardio and strength training for the overall weight loss (still wanting to lose about 30 pounds). Maybe I'll add a bonus workout for the bum, any suggestions? New to working out in general.
