I originally joined with a friend probably a year ago or so but got side tracked and gained. I've been on for over a month now. I have a health coach thanks to my insurance but to be honest using this site is a lot easier than the dull as can be booklets she sent. The hardest part for me is exercise as i seem to be having issues with energy. I go to bed drained and wake up drained so i'm going to be seeing a doctor once the weather gets better as i have a history of testosterone and vitamin issues.

Hello and welcome! Just remember you can not out exercise a diet! So eat healthy and the weight will come off! Worry about the exercise later! i lost around 60pds before I even exercised at all! Good luck, you can do it!!
EDIT: My husband just started testosterone replacement he has helped him alot!! Also Start taking a B12 it has helped me alot as well!0 -
I had to check my multivitamin to see if b12 was in it and it was. I was having to get vitamin injections at one point, hopefully it won't go back to that for it or the testosterone. I swear i'm sluggish because my body isn't happy about the drastic drop in calories compared to what i was taking in with pepsi a day alone.0

Hey there and welcome back!
Sunshine is right, exercise can happen down the road, focus on calories for now and get into your groove.
But I just wanted to throw this out there, and I could be totally off the mark or it could be something that was already addressed or whatever but low energy and poor vitamin absorption are pretty standard issues with celiac/gluten intolerance. Not saying that's it, but if you and your doctor haven't considered it in the past, you might want to inquire about it.
I was anemic, my vitamin levels were so bad and oral supplements didn't help bring them up (just wouldn't absorb them) that I had to get vitamin B shots, it was just awful, that's when my doctor mentioned gluten intolerance to me. Best thing I ever did was pursue that with him! Within a month of being gluten free ALL of my vitamins were in normal range, I have energy in spades, skin is better, bowel movements better, I could go on but I wont! Just I still can't believe the impact it made XD
Just wanted to put that out there for you, just in case0 -
It probably wouldn't be a bad thing to check into just in case. I also have noticed that it seems to match up with me starting to use the extra strength version of the Walmart sominex so i'm going to go back to the regular strength. I'm think git just might be too strong for me. This morning it felt like i got hit by a mack truck while trying to wake up. I miss the extra energy i had while on my testosterone injections but i don't miss it making my bipolar worse lol. Those were some wild manic swings even by my standards.0
