Burning Calories

Alright I'm concerned because I'm burning 1300 calories a day. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 on the treadmill, 200 situps, and 20-30 weight training. I'm wondering if these calculations are correct. Is this normal?

My opinion. This seems very high.0

That's really high. I run 3 miles at 11 min/mile pace, so 33 mins and I burn around 300 calories according to my heart rate monitor, to give you an idea.0

Calorie burn depends on your weight and heart rate on each exercise so might or might not be high depending on how much you currently weigh. Hard to tell from info we have. I'm envious of friends who burn more calories with what seems like same level of exercise but a lot of factors determine the burn.0

How are you calculating these exercises? And this is all in one day? Are you in training? And what is your height and current weight?0
