Returning to MFP for an accountability buddy!

Hi all! I stopped posting on MFP about 6 months ago when my second year of medical school began, but I'm returning because I'm in desperate need of an accountability buddy! I started losing weight about 2.5 years ago starting from 165, and got down to 120.5 at my lowest, but for the past 8 months have been vacillating between about 122 and 132. My UGW is 118-120 (I'm 5'4"), and right now I'm at the upper end of my vacillating loop at 132. I never stay there long, but I really want to lose and MAINTAIN, rather than cycle up and down this last 10 pounds over and over. My biggest obstacle has been maintaining motivation and consistency, especially consistency with exercise, and especially when school is most stressful (eg weeks we cover 200+ pages of material, multiple tests within a day of each other, etc.). I have some specific goals--drinking 4 liters of water a day, exercising 5 days a week, eating only between noon-7pm, eating fewer starchy carbs and more vegetables, no alcohol--and am looking for someone to stay accountable to either daily or weekly, preferably someone who's also struggling to lose their last 10-20 pounds and maintain. Since I'm worst with exercise consistency, I'd love to share weekly or daily exercise goals with you, like aiming for running 10 miles a week (I'm not a very good runner...), or 30 minutes of a bodyweight or kettlebell circuit routine per day (I can help you design a circuit, or we can go back and forth!).
If you're interested, comment and I can send you a friend request, or you can send me a PM and friend request. If multiple people are interested perhaps we can create a closed group? Looking forward to meeting you!

Feel free to FR me. I came back a little over a month ago because I put on 10 lbs in the last 6 months or so. I started slacking with the workouts and then the food started going downhill a little. I figured it was time to get back into it.
I am also definitely someone who needs the accountability, which is why I am back. I can keep off the weight if I work out consistently. I need to get back to working out 5-6x/week. This week, I did well, but for the first part of the month, I've been averaging 3x/week. 0_o I also am finishing up the E2 challenge where I was to eat plant-based and cut meat/dairy.0
