Okay so everytime I exercise , I end up eating the calories I lost while exercising. Is this the correct way to do it or not ? I feel like I am just maintaining my weight instead of losing it. I really want to lose atleast 20 pounds by may for my sons first birthday (:

Yes thats the way to do it though if your not losing it could be that your over estimating those calories. Try eating back only half0
