What did you eat on Sunday?

This is what i ate:

Breakfast: Woke up too late and couldn't get it in, stuffed 6 pringels in.

10 min bike ride to the beach

Lunch:
1 piece garlic bread
Sausage and Mash (small portion)
some chips
salad

20 min bike ride home (it was uphill. took twice as long)

Dinner:
reasonable sized Stir fried chinese noodles with mixed veggies
1 glass of white wine
one full fat chocolate muffin that i made myself.

I have no idea how many calories this was, but i felt that the net calorie would be about 1500? I woke up this morning and weighed 100g more than the day before, so i guess that should be how much i am eating to maintain my weight.

I guess that's ok.

    Left over dinner from Sat. whole wheat pasta with turkey meatballs and sauce
    Large salad

    Supper:
    4oz Pork Loin chop
    in 98% ff Cream of mushroom soup with spices
    Carrots
    Beets

    Let's see, I had a great workout at the gym yesterday, so I had quite a bit. I didn't have many fruit and veggies like I normally do,,,but it was a weird day! hehe

    Breakfast:
    At home I had a cup of coffee with skim milk and sweetener
    Low Fat Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich at Starbucks (it's actually really good....I had it at 10am, so it wasn't TOO early....and low in fat and calories and filling)
    Ginger Green Tea

    Snack:
    Fiber One Bar

    Lunch:
    2 pcs of light Rye bread with 1/2 cup of Trader Joes Chicken Salad
    1 serving of Trader Joes Sour cream and Onion Rice Crisps

    Dinner: (BIG DINNER!)
    2 1/2 cups of Ronzoni Whole Wheat Rotini
    1 1/2 Italian Herb Flavor Chick Patties from Morningstar Farms
    1 1/4 cup Pasta Sauce

    Snack:
    100 cal Pack Oreo Candy Bites
  • Breakfast:
    bag of steamed veggies
    1/2 cup yogurt
    3 slices of extra lean ham sliced

    Lunch:
    1 cup kashi puffs
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 triple chocolate cookie

    Dinner:
    3 cups of salad
    italian dressing (spray)
    100 calorie bag of popcorn
    1 serving of ketchup chips

    Ok, I burnt over 800 cal in exercise yesterday, so I ate a lot too.

    Breakfast
    Banana
    1 cup Oatmeal with cin and 70g mixed frozen berries

    Snack
    1 apple
    30g cheese
    1 cup of Corn Bran (dry)

    Lunch
    100g boneless chicken cooked down with 1/4 cottage cheese and salsa
    I put into a flax seed tortillas

    Snack
    1/2 cup Yogurt with 70g mixed berries and 1 tbls of slivered almonds
    40g low fat popcorn
    1 apple

    Dinner
    90g of egg whites cooked in micro with 20g grated moz and 3 whole mushrooms chopped
    1 weight watcher bagel
    1.5 cups grapes

    Snack
    3 serving of mini rice cakes

    It totaled to a little over 2000 cals which is good cuz I'm supposed to eat 1400 plus the 800cal I got from working out.

    hmmmmmmm I had:

    Breakfast:
    1 fat free raspberry yogurt
    1 medium banana

    Lunch:
    1 Pita pizza
    (1 small whole wheat pita, 1/4 cup tomato basil pasta sauce, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 2 tbls chopped green pepper, 30g grated mozzarella cheese)
    1 medium asian pear

    Supper:
    3oz chicken breast
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 side salad
    (1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, 6 cucumber slices, 2 tbls chopped green pepper, 1 tbls sundried tomato & oregano salad dressing)

    Snack:
    2 Kit Kat singles

    It totalled about 1210 cals

    I saved most my calories for dinner, I love to cook Sunday dinner! :drinker: So I had....

    Breakfast: Oatmeal

    Lunch: Apple and 1/4 Chicken breast

    Dinner: Low Fat/WholeWheat Crab cakes :love:
    Ice Berg Lettuce Wedge w/ Bleu Cheese, tomatos, and toasted hazel nuts
    2 oz Grilled Steak
    Oven Roated red potato with carmelized shallots
    Red Wine
    FF frozen yogurt w/ Magic Shell (super yummy!)

    Its really not the best haha..i just go to indian at about 1pm and that fills me up all day! Its so good!
