How long did it take before you started seeing real results?

How long before others began noticing? I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds and I just want to lose 5-10 pounds and tone up. I've only being dieting (1200-1400 calories a day) and exercising (cardio one hour, strength training one hour everyday) for two weeks now and im definitely seeing results but how long did it take you guys to see significant results? :)

I'm just curious and want some motivation to not give up because I know this isn't a fast process!s

    With so little to lose, I'd say a month. You're basically starting out on 'the last five pounds'.
    I got great advise from a pharmacist once- when you're losing weight, measure yourself two or four times a month. That way you see bigger numbers. When you get to maintaining, measure every morning to keep an eye on the little things before they become big things.
