Looking for a calorie-burning workout

I am really into kettlebells. I get an excellent workout and burn a lot of calories. I do not, however, wish to get too bulky by doing a kettlebell workout everyday. I can't seem to find another workout that gives me the same calorie burn in the same amount of time.

I like Jillian Michaels workouts, but I burn 100 calories less in the same amount of time.

Any suggestions?

There are many ways to workout which burn calories. How many calories do you burn in a kettlebell workout?

You're not gonna get "bulky" unless you're consuming more calories than you're burning throughout the whole day. So keep doing your kettlebell workouts as you sound like you really enjoy them. Good luck!

You're not going to get "too bulky"...to bulk muscle mass you have to be anabolic...which means you need to be in a surplus of calories. To boot, kettle bell cardio work really isn't a "bulking" kind of exercise.

You're fine doing what you're doing if you enjoy it. Carry on.

Thanks so much, guys! I'm really enjoying the workout, plus proud of the muscles I'm building, so I'll continue!

Unless you're eating a calorie excess you will not get bulky doing kettle bells or any resistance training. You will get toned.

If your after a workout that will burn calories for 24 - 48 hrs after the work out - try interval sprints on either the bike, rower, elliptical or good old fashion running in the park.

    Good luck.
