I'm down 1.1 lbs from last week... whoot! I've been losing about a pound a week since I busted the plateau that plagued me all of August. I just need to keep that up. Now that I'm smaller with less to lose, I don't think I can pull the numbers that I used to... bummer. It was nice losing 2 pounds a week while it lasted.... haha. I have 4.5 pounds to go to meet the 20 lbs lost for this challenge, even with a 3 week stall in there! I'm going to start running outside 2-3 times a week instead of running on the treadmill at the gym, so I hope that helps. That REALLY got my heart rate up, it hit 189! When I run on the treadmill, I don't let it get above 180. I could only run for 7 minutes without stopping outside tho... I did 20 minutes on the treadmill last week. At least it's better exercise, and the fall weather is beautiful.

Hopefully I'm doing better. Didn't get a chance to get on the the scale this morning... :ohwell: Monday mornings. I will weigh in tomorrow.

Every little bit is a step towards your goal
Stick with it! Maybe try changing something up if it's not working as well. Increase your workouts or the intensity, or adjust your calories or the types of food you are eating. You just have to find what works best, it takes some trial and error.

Woohoo! Plateau is finally gone. Lost 2.9 pounds this week as my body caught up. 11.5 pounds to my first major goal and 1.5 to my next mini goal. I changed my goals to 1 pound loss instead of 1.5 pounds, ate 1600 calories a day and started some strength training to get my scale moving again.0 -
That's great! Good to hear that the scale is unstuck... lol. It confuses the heck out of me sometimes, but eating more really does make a difference sometimes. I need to focus on getting more net calories, I usually eat about 1300 and then burn 300-600 and I rarely eat them back. I think I'm gonna try eating a bit more and seeing if it helps.0
