How can I lose 2 pounds a week?

Options
First off I am 20 years old, 204 lbs, and 5'7 in height. I want to be able to lose 60 pounds by the end of august this year which gives me 6 months, but in reality losing 50-60 pounds will be amazing I am not trying to hit a certain number.

My Food:
Breakfast: Usually just a cup of fiber cereal.
Lunch: Leftover and yogurt & fruits
Dinner: Is what my mom makes
Snacks: String cheese
I as well drink 7-8 water bottles a day
Attention: Whenever my mom and I cook we rarely use salt and minimize condiments we try to make everything healthy.

Exercise:
Since I have work and school I can only do about 30-45 minutes a day but I do have a treadmill at home that I use

Do you guys know a drink I can take each day to make me use the restroom?

And as well can you guys give me advice on how to stay motivated? I was able to drop down from 242 to 204 in summer but that's because I was just in my home I wasn't around friends or junk food so can you give me some advice please

what you eat isn't important for weight loss.

you simply need to maintain a 1000 calorie deficit from your daily TDEE to lose 2lbs per week.

motivation comes from inside you. nobody else can "give" you your motivation. if you want to lose weight and are willing to stick to a reasonable plan that will help you lose weight... then you will lose weight. it's not rocket science. it's not even particularly hard. you just need to be patient and dedicated to it.

read these and then re-read them. follow the links and read those. this is all the foundation of the things you need to learn. you'll pick up the info more quickly than you think. it's a lot of common sense once you start to understand it.

You shouldn't start threads with the same subjects in multiple places.

You sound like a perfect candidate for Adopt-a-Noob. Check this thread....

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1161976-adopt-a-noob-official-mfp-thread

Many very experienced MFP's are willing to mentor noobies... just because they know what it was like when they first got here.

Read the first post in the thread. There are quite a few mentors who have offered services, fairly recently, so you could start from the last page of the thread, if you wanted, to find someone who might be suitable for you. It's your obligation to find possible mentors from the thread.... ( there's also an updated list in the first post ) and PM them. Don't just post in the thread that you'd like a mentor. That's not how it works.

    And, just for emphasis.....

You may be initially able to lose 2lbs a week, but as your weight lowers, the deficit should be adjusted to losing 1% of your body weight a week to ensure that stalls and plateaus end up being minimal.
