1 month ahead of schedule

When I first set up my goals on MFP I wanted to drop 60lbs (5'9" going from 220lbs to 160lbs). I've since changed that to a 70lbs weight loss goal (150 is a healthier weight for me). I also did some math and figured it would reasonably take me 3 months to lose 20lbs. As of today, I am 1 month ahead: 22lbs down since 1/2/14.
I'm a graduate student and never thought I'd find the time to properly count calories and exercise 5 days a week. But I did. If I can do it, you can do it.
Thanks to all of your inspiring stories. They really help me keep going. I'll be back in a month.

Good for you!! Way to make no excuses! And thank you for the inspiration. I am going back in the fall to get another graduate degree and I hope to be losing during that time as well. Thanks!0

I'm a doctoral student trying to graduate! I totally understand how you feel like there's no time for ANYTHING. But I'm losing too. If you have time to eat you have time to do this!0
