Chinese takeaway tonight, pls help :)

Hey,

Getting a Chinese takeaway tonight, I'm pescatarian so apart from prawns, meat is off the menu.
Any ideas on the lowest cal between the following:

King prawn chow mein
King prawn fried rice
Vegetable chow mein

MFP says a carton of KP fried rice is 504, that seems really low to me! Then I tried the chow mein and one said 700g was 400 cals and another entry said 1 tray was 814! I don't know what's accurate and which to go with, anyone??
