Got holiday in 3 months so I started eating healthy about 2 weeks ago but it was half assed so now started from 2 days ago, I am taking it to the extreme.
Eating every 2-3 hours as normal, starting from breakfast which will consist of eggs at least. Sometimes some bacon, mushrooms and a tomato (omlette), but when I lack time it will just be scrambled eggs with a coffee.
Most meals following will just consist of some form of protein and veg/salad. ie tuna salad or chicken veg.
I will eat nuts/fruit (low sugar) and total greek yoghurt as an example as one of my smaller meals to get my fats.
Taking this step further now though I have added Green Teas. Almond Butter. Coconut Oils.
So where I would have a coffee with milk, Ill be replacing the milk with coconut oil. Rest of my drinks will be water or green tea.
I will replace cooking with original butter with coconut oil.
Swapping peanut butter with almond butter.
Keeping my carbs to a minimum, no starch at all. Fruit & Veg only.
Thought I would share. I have 3 months
Any other little tips to help increase metabolism/burn fat that I might not know about, feel free to share
