Ruby Tuesday

So I'm going with my family to Ruby Tuesday and they have a pretty great menu for watching nutrition. I have one question: the nutritional PDF lists plain grilled options (plain grilled chicken, sirloin and salmon) but the regular menu online does not list them. Has anybody ordered one of the plain grilled options or found them on a menu somewhere? A plain grilled petite sirloin no sides is listed as 192 kcal, while while a regular petite sirloin is listed as 284. I don't want to request the plain grilled and then look silly.

    Order your food exactly how you want it.

    The Regular probably has some sort of oil basted on it for flavor (commonly it's butter).

    Restaurants want to please you.
