I met with a Psychologist 2 days ago, at the weight loss clinic I go to. His comments to me were what I needed to hear. He said, "You seem to be very intelligent and extremely good at making excuses why things don't work and can't work for you in certain situations. You have to start taking responsibility for your choices. They are your choices and yours alone. You will not make any progress until you start taking responsibility for them. At that point you can choose to change them!" It was the kick I needed to change my attitude towards food. Think about it......maybe it will help you in finding solutions towards exercise.
That's awesome!0 -
Never give up!!! Stay disciplined. I know things are always challenging but keep going and move forward. It's hard to see progress over time. It took me 9 months of working out to finally see some real results and have people notice. Be patient and the rewards will come.0

Oh, no. You're not getting encouragement here?
Okay, here's some.
You can keep complaining and making excuses.
Or you can listen to some of the great advice you've been given and put it to use.
I'm encouraging you to make a choice.0
