natural anti depressant

I've never been depressed but I am SHOCKED at how HAPPY and WELL I feel when I eat lots of vegetables. I normally follow Dr. Joel Fuhrman's nutritian diet where you eat for nutrition. He recommends eating a big GOMBS (bitter greens, onions, mushrooms, beans, berries and seeds) diet to avoid cancer, obesity, diabetes, etc. I used to shovel it in. Now my regular diet only includes 2 squares of gourmet chocolate and no other real or fake SugarsS including liquid ones, almost nothing processed and barely any fast food. The closer I stick to it the better I feel. Perhaps people aren't depressed at all, and instead their body's are starving for nutrition. Blessings.
