Hello everyone. I'm new to Fitness Pal. I started my journey of losing weight on Sept 7, 2010. My personal goal is to lost about 60lbs. My first goal is try to lost 30 lbs by Thanksgiving.:flowerforyou: Well, I must admit this is not the easiest thing to do. I have join a boot camp at my job. It meets about 3 times a week. I really didn't know how out of shape i was until I tried to run two laps around the building. Well, I just try tell myself every day I can do it. This gain of weight didnt happen over night. So i can't expect for it the weight just to disappear. Well, anyway enough about that. I wish everyone much sucess with the battle of losing weight.
