I have been losing weight with Weight Watchers since the beginning of January. Due to financial reasons I am not able to continue paying for weight watchers and so I thought I would try My Fitness Pal and give counting calories instead of points a try. It is hard to get use to looking at food in terms of calories instead of points but I am willing to give it a go. I am only on my second day but I am enjoying the MFP app so far.
I am a married 40 year old mom of 2 great kids trying to lose some excess weight. I have about 24 pounds to go and have lost about 19 so far. Please add me as a MFP friend! Also any advice on getting over this points vs. calories hurdle I am facing would be great!
